ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner herein is the second accused in a case of murder of one Supriya, who is none other than the wife of the petitioner herein. The prosecution has completed the investigation and filed the final report. On the said ground, the petitioner herein seeks bail. However, on perusing the records, this Court finds that it is a murder not because of any matrimonial dispute but due to retaliate, murder arising out of two gangsters.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent states that has several adverse case against him and he was detained under Goondas Act recently.

3.This Court is of the view that the final report already been filed and the petitioner herein being a notorious having several adverse case against him and this case is also arising due to the enmity and earlier murder case, the release of petitioner is neither conducive for the fair trial nor for the life of the petitioner himself. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition for bail is dismissed.
