This matter is posted today before this Court under the caption 'For Being Mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court, by an order dated 13.02.2025, has granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3805 of 2025 with a condition to report before the trial Court on all working day. However in the order copy, it has been wrongly mentioned in para 8(b) and the same requires to be rectified. Hence, he prayed for suitable directions.

3. In view of the above, para 8(b) reads as follows" The petitioner shall report before the trial Court on all working day at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.

Registry is directed to carry out the necessary correction and issue order copy afresh.
