Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents from further dumping the garbage and domestic /industrial wastes in the dumping yard situate nearby the petitioner's house at Door No.5/13, Nadu street, Ward No.5, Sirumugai, Mettupalayam Taluk, Coimbatore District till the date of implementation of solid waste management project for Sirumugai Panchayat by considering the his representations dated 26.02.2014.
