CRIME NO.22 OF 2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed in Para No. 4 of the order passed in Crl.M.P.No. 6969 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No. 1199 of 2021 dated 20.07.2021 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in 15 days i.e on every First and third Monday at 10.30 a.m., till the investigation is completed and chargesheet is filed and thereafter shall appear before the concerned trail court at 10.30 a.m., on each and every date of hearing and pass such further or other orders. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R.HEMALATHA, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.1199 of 2021 dated 04.02.2021.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the respondent police had completed the investigation and charge sheet filed.
