ORDER
The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to register the petitioner's complaint, dated 30.04.2015. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.
3. On a reading of the complaint, it appears that it is essentially contractual in nature. It is alleged by the petitioner that opposite party has to pay a sum of Rs.9,76,688.75/- to the petitioner, towards which, a cheque was given for Rs.1,96,000/-, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
