Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the bail condition imposed in Crl.OP.No.20544/2020 dated 19.01.2021 to comply the condition by the petitioner / accused before the XV M.M. or before any other Court as this Hon'ble Court. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.SAMBAMOORTHY, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S.S.KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This application is filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing her to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of two weeks.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.20544 of 2020, dated 19.01.2021.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.20544 of 2020, dated 19.01.2021 is modified, however the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Judicial Magistrate, once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., and on all hearing dates.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
