O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for their willful disobedience and for non-compliance of the order made in W.P. No.32387 of 2018 dated 23.06.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents submit that the Hon'ble Division Bench by order dated 29.10.2024, passed the following order: " 2. Post the matter after four weeks. The undertaking of the learned counsel for the respondents that she would not press the contempt, is recorded."

3. In view of the same, this Contempt Petition is closed for the present giving liberty to the petitioner to re-open the same, upon disposal of the Writ Appeal, if necessary.
