2. By the impugned order dated 25.03.2015, the petitioner school was directed to be closed and the steps are being taken by the Department to accommodate the students in the nearby recognised schools.
3. The learned counsel appearing on either side has submitted that the impugned order has been given effect to.
4. In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing on either side, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
