Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition impsoed in para No.6(c) of the order passed in Crl.O.P.No. 25704 of 2021 dated 05.01.2022 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders as this Hon`ble Court .

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. C.PRAKASAM, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.25704 of 2021 dated 05.01.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the investigation substantially completed and the petitioner had been complying the condition by reporting before the Investigating Officer daily at 10.30 a.m. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Recording the same, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.25704 of 2021 dated 05.01.2022 is relaxed and the petition is ordered accordingly. The petitioner shall report before the Investigating Officer once in a week on every Wednesday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders instead of daily at 10.30 a.m.. -sd/- 09/03/2022 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
