Heard Mr.S.Nedunchezhiyan, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Balathandayutham, learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the first and second respondents and Mrs.S.Mekala, learned counsel appearing for the third respondent.
2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that Writ Appeal has been filed against the Order of this Court and interim stay has also been granted in the Writ Appeal.
3. In view of the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Contempt Petition is closed for the present with liberty to the petitioner to revive the Contempt Petition on the basis of the outcome of the Writ Appeal.
