This petition has been filed alleging that the order of this Court dated 15.06.2017 made in W.P.No.14941 of 2017 has not been complied with.

2.Mr.C.Manisankar, learned Additional Advocate General appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted a copy of G.O.[2D] No.13 Public Works [C2] Department dated 23.02.2018 and sought to place the same on record stating that the order has been complied with.

3.Recording the same, the Contempt Petition is closed.
