ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 430, 379 of IPC r/w Section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals Act, 1957 in Crime No.127 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that when the respondent police were on regular patrol, they found that the petitioners had illegally transported 1 unit of river sand in a tractor without valid permit. Hence,the complaint.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) raised an objection on the ground that they found that the petitioners had illegally transported 1 unit of river sand in a tractor without valid permit. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and rival submissions made by both counsel, this Court finds no reason to entertain this petition.
