ORDER

This Contempt Petition was filed on the ground that the direction issued by this Court in Crl.OP.No.18615 of 2023, dated 16.8.2023. was not complied with.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kancheepuram on 4.4.2024 in e-filing No. LTN20220002692C202400302.

3.Recording the above submission, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kancheepuram, to act upon the final report within period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order. 4.This contempt petition is disposed of with the above directions. 05.04.2024 Index: Yes/No Speaking Order/Non-Speaking Order KP
