ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Seeking to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1,2 and 3 to take action on the representation of the petitioner dated 23.10.2017 within the time frame fixed by this Court, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Though the Bench expressed certain doubts on the credentials of the petitioner in being selective of the writ petition, styled as, public interest litigation, in view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent, without expressing anything on the merits of the case, we direct the said authority/third respondent to consider the representation dated 23.10.2017 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
