(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 19.12.2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 452, 342, 419, 380 of I.P.C. @ 147, 452, 342, 419, 380, 120(B) I.P.C. r/w 365, 397, 511 of I.P.C., in Crime No.1021 of 2020, seeks bail.

2. However, today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.J.William Shakesphere, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Original Petition.
