ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, praying to issue direction to the respondents to register the FIR, based on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 06.02.2013.

2. Heard both sides.

3. It is averred in the petition that the petitioner gave a complaint to the respondents police, alleging that one D.Selvam and others attempted to trespass into the property, which is in possession of the petitioner and since the respondents have not taken any action, the petitioner has come forward with the present Criminal Original Petition.

4. Learned Government Advocate is not in a position to inform this Court about the action taken by the police and he has not received any instructions.

5. Considering the contents of the complaint, this Court, direct the respondent police to peruse the complaint and if any cognizable offence is made out, further directed to register the case and proceed further, as per law.
