O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to dispose the C.C.No.397 of 2013 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Chengalpet within the time frame limit as expeditiously as possible.

2.It is seen from the 'Á' dairy extract in C.C.No.397 of 2014 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Chengalpet, the 1st and 2nd were absent from 22.01.2019 onwards. Therefore, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Chengalpet adjourned the matter day to day because of the Quash Petition pending before this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4195 of 2015. It is seen that there is no interim order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4194 of 2015. Therefore, the trial Court is directed to proceed with the trial in C.C.No.397 of 2013 and pass order on merits in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that the pendency of the quash petition https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

in Crl.O.P.No.4194 of 2015 filed by the 1st & 2nd accused is not an impediment for the trial Court to proceed with the trial.

3.With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
