This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the Judicial Magistrate-I, Alandur to accept the surrender of the petitioners and consider the petition for recall warrant in connection with the case in C.C.No.407 of 2016 on the same day and recall NBW issued against the petitioners.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to recall the non bailable warrant issued by the Judicial Magistrate-I, Alandur against the petitioners in C.C.No.407 of 2016.

2. The petitioners are arrayed as accused Nos.1 and 2 (A1 & A2) in C.C.No.407 of 2016, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandhur for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 IPC.

3. The petitioners were absent during the trial in C.C.No.407 of 2016, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Alandhur. Therefore, non bailable warrant came to be issued on 21.01.2016.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners undertake that the petitioners shall appear before the Court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Considering the undertaking given by the petitioners, the petitioners are directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandhur, within a period of two weeks from today and to file a petition to recall the NBW issued against them. The concerned Magistrate is directed to consider the same on merits and pass orders on the same day.

6. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
