ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.77 of 2019 dated 29.07.2019 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 186, 448, 427, 294(b), 506(2) and 505(1)(c) IPC pending on the file of the third respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the third respondent has registered a case in the above said number on 29.07.2019, no final report is filed till date.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the third respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of three months.

5. In view of the above, the third respondent police is directed to file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
