ORDER
By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
2. The petitioner is one of the bidders for collection of fees in respect of vegetable, mutton and fish shops. She seeks a direction to the respondent to cancel the auction, dated 18.2.2015, and the bid awarded in favour of the fourth respondent in respect of item No.6 of the Tender Notification floated by the second respondent. According to the petitioner, there was no transparency in conducting the auction. It is stated that at the instance of the third respondent, who happened to be the Councillor of Nagapattinam Municipality, the bid was awarded in favour of the fourth respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
and the petitioner has pointed out many infirmities in conducting the auction in respect of item No.6.
3. The petitioner has submitted a representation dated 26.3.2015 and the reminder 30.03.2015 to the second respondent, marking a copy to the other officials. Since the petitioner has not been favoured with any response, she has come forward with this writ petition.
4. Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Vijayakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice for R1 and R2.

This Court, taking into consideration the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner and without entering into the merits of the representation, directs the second respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 26.3.2015 and the reminder dated 30.03.2015 on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders as expeditiously as possible, not later than four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision to the petitioner as well as to respondents 3 and 4.
6. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
