This petition has been filed to relax the condition to stay at Chennai and report before the Inspector of Police, North Beach Police Station, Chennai every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed by this Court in the order dated 23.01.2025 made in Crl.O.P.No.1509 of 2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.4(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1509 of 2025 dated 23.01.2025 is relaxed.
