(The matter is heard through "Video Conferencing/Hybrid Mode".) This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the fair and decretal order dated 10.09.2014 made in E.A.No.463 of 2013 in E.P.No.252 of 2012 in Arbitration Case No.146 of 2012 on the file of the 1st Additional Sub Court, Erode.

2.When the Civil Revision Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that pending Civil Revision Petition, the matter has been settled between the parties and in view of the same, nothing survives in the Civil Revision Petition and the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.

3.Recording the above said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
