Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to issue order to the third respondent to issue transfer certificate, conduct certificate and course completion certificate and other necessary certificates to the petitioner and direct the first respondent to issue order to third respondent to return 10th original mark sheet, birth original certificate and PUC Original certificate to the petitioner and consequently, direct the first respondent to call all Principals of 3rd respondent post held period from the year 2005 to 2011 i.e., from the first Principal Mr.Chandra Prasad to present Principal Mr.

Balamurugan and have enquiry matters related to the poor students scholarship scheme and consequently, direct the first respondent to initiate action against such erring official by considering the petitioner's representation dated 08.06.2011. ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
