O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to issue necessary direction to the second respondent to conduct a proper enquiry and register the case against the third respondent, based on the petitioner's complaint dated 02.05.2016.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State, who would submit that the complaint dated 02.05.2016 has been sent by Registered Post to the official respondents-police. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

In view of the above submission, the petitioner is directed to appear in person before the second respondent police along with a copy of this order and lodge a fresh complaint, containing the very same contents as stated in the previous complaint dated 02.05.2016. On receipt of such complaint, the same shall be enquired into and action be taken thereon in accordance with law, if it discloses the commission of a cognizable offence or drop action otherwise. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
