O R D E R

Heard Mr. E.P. Senniyangiri, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. S.J.Mohamed Sathik, Learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the for the First to Third Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties. 2.

Having regard to the nature of order proposed to be passed in the Writ Petition, which would not cause any prejudice to the Fourth Respondent, notice to him is dispensed with.

The Writ Petition has been for directing the First to Third Respondents to initiate appropriate action to implement the order in Na. Ka. No. 746/A2/2023 dated 16.06.2023 passed by the First Respondent under Section 16(5) of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007. 4.

Learned Government Advocate appearing for the First to Third Respondents, on instructions, states that the Third Respondent has fixed the enquiry on 26.02.2024 for implementation of the said order passed by the First Respondent and that due notice would be sent to the Petitioner, Fourth 2/5

Respondent and all other persons concerned for the same and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the court record. 5.

In view of the aforesaid action taken by the Third Respondent to implement the order passed by the First Respondent, nothing remains for further consideration in this Writ Petition, but it would not preclude the Petitioner, if she still has any further grievance, from working out her remedies before proper forum in the manner recognized by law. In the result, the Writ Petition is disposed on the aforesaid observations. No costs.
