Common Prayer: Writ Petitions filed under Section 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the proceedings made in Proc.WL143315/2021 dated 08.02.2022 by the second respondent quash the same relates to guideline numbers 2,5,6,7,8 and 13 so far it is against the petitioners and consequently forbear the respondents 2 and 3 to implement the guidelines while issuing transit permit to the petitioners. Mr.E.Ethirajulu, the learned counsel for the petitioners in both the writ petitions, submitted that in view of the subsequent guideline dated 24.11.2022, these writ petitions challenging the old guideline dated 08.02.2022 becomes infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in these writ petitions.
