ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Seeking a direction to the respondent to produce the body of the petitioner's husband namely Mr.Jagadeeswaran, aged about 50 years and set him at liberty, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed by the petitioner/wife of the detenu. 2.

The petitioner and the respondents 1 and 2 are present. The petitioner is accompanied with her daughter. 3.

We do not find any illegal detention involved in this matter since the petitioner has stated that there is no contact https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

between her and her husband from the year 2015. 4.

The learned counsel appearing for the second respondent/father-in-law of the petitioner, submits that his son is working abroad and there is no contact between his son and the petitioner from 2007 onwards.

It appears the detenu is not willing to come and re-join with the petitioner. In such view of the matter, we are not inclined to pass any positive order. Accordingly, the petition is closed.
