Mr.S.Kamadevan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the suit in O.S.No.165 of 2008 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Perambalur, itself has been disposed of by the Trial Court on 13.03.2017 and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this the Civil Revision Petition.

2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the above Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
