Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for writ of mandamus directing the third respondent to sanction and disburse the educational loan to the petitioner for the education of the petitioner's daughter to pursue her M.C.A. 3 years course at Shanmuga Industries Arts and Science College, Tiruvannamalai during the period 2012- 2015 and pay the tuition fees and other fees as stated in the bonafied certificate dated 01.03.2013 issued by the said college within the time.
