ORDER

Seeking to punish the respondent for the alleged disobedience of the order of this court dated 09.10.2014 made in Crl.O.P.No.7994 of 2014, the petitioner has come forward with this contempt petition.

2. In the said order, this court has issued many directions including a direction to the respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

herein to hand over the case diary and connected records to the Central Bureau of Investigation within seven days from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

3. Today, the respondent is present. He has produced a copy of letter, which shows that as early as on 26.11.2014, the case diary and the connected records were handed over to the Joint Director, Central Bureau of Investigation, Chennai.

4. In view of the above, no more adjudication is required in this matter and the contempt petition is accordingly closed.
