This revision petition is arising out of fair and decreetal order 29.07.2015 made in M.P.No.14 of 2015 in R.C.A.No.297 of 2014 on the file of the VIII Small Causes Court cum Rent Control Appellate Authority, Chennai, thereby dismissing the petition to condone the delay in depositing the rent by the petitioner herein.

On 05.11.2020, the learned counsel who filed the revision petition on behalf of the petitioner represented that he handed over the entire case bundle to the petitioner and requested this Court to delete his name in the cause list. Accordingly, the Registry was directed to delete the name of the counsel and print the name of the petitioner. 3.

After printing the name of the petitioner on 30.11.2020, no one was appeared on behalf of the petitioner through person or pleader, as such the matter was adjourned to 09.12.2020. Even on 09.12.2020, there was no representation for the petitioner and the matter was again adjourned to 08.01.2021. Even today also no one is present to represent the petitioner.

Therefore, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
