ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to complete the investigation in F.I.R.No.665 of 2021 dated 09.08.2021 under Section 420 of IPC and file final report.

2. Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondent would submit that investigation in F.I.R.No.665 of 2021 has been completed. The respondent police will file the final report within a period of six months.

3. Recording the same, direction is issued to the respondent police to complete the investigation in F.I.R.No.665 of 2021, pending on his file and file a final report as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
