Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent university to grant grace marks to the petitioner (Regn.No.521212119) in the subjects Physiology including Bio-Physics and Bio-Chemistry by distributing the grace marks as per the regulation of the respondent university dated 14.1.2011 Ref.Rc.AC.AD.(3)/18100/10 and declare the petitioner as pass in the first year MBBS examination held during November 2013.
