C.M.P.No.8995 of 2017 in AS.SR.No.47988 of 2016 R.SUBBIAH.J, and M.S.RAMESH.J, When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the condition imposed by this Court to pay a sum of Rs.1,500/- to the Tamil Nadu Mediation Centre, High Court, Madras has been complied with by the petitioner/appellant.

2.Since the conditional order of this Court dated 16.06.2017 has been complied with and the learned counsel for the petitioner has also filed the cost memo to that effect, the petition is allowed.
