C.M.P.No.8424 of 2023 in SA.SR.No.20720 of 2022 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN,J., The 5th respondent reported dead and is set exparte before the Trial Court and no claim is made against him. With regard to 6th respondent, she has filed separate second appeals in S.A.Nos.711 and 720 of 2022 and the same were admitted. Hence, in view of the fact that connected appeals arising out of common judgment were already been admitted and the matter is pending, I am inclined to condone the delay of 913 days on condition that petitioners shall pay a sum of Rs.1000/-(rupees one thousand only) to the District Legal Service Authority, Chennai within a period of one week.
