Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition directing the petitioner to report before the respondent police by 10.30a.m until further orders as imposed in order dated 14.07.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.12115/2021 by this Hon`ble Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. G.MAGESHKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.12115 of 2021 dated 14.07.2021.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police has submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions for the past seven months without any deviation. the petitioner is directed to appear before the Investigating Officer as and when required for an interrogation.
