2. During the course of the hearing, today the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the suit in O.S.No.141 of 2009 pending on the file of the District Munsif Court, Krishnagiri has been dismissed by its decree and judgment dated 16.08.2022.

3. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the Suit itself has already been dismissed, in our considered view nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition for adjudication.
