ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents to consider the application of the petitioner dated 29.11.2023 for recruiting 80 post of Home Guards (Female) in the Police Department, Puducherry in pursuant to the notification issued by the respondents dated 27.10.2023 for recruiting 80 post of Home Guard (Female), Police Department, Puducherry.

2. The petitioner submitted application to the post of Home Guard (Female) through online. The last date for submitting application is on 29.11.2023. Though, the petitioner applied through online and her application was not accepted due to various reasons. Now, the entire filing date of application is over and after completion of written examination physical test are getting ready to commence. At this stage the representation submitted by the petitioner seeking consideration of her application to the post of Home Guards (Female) cannot be considered. 2/4

3. Therefore, this writ petition is devoid of merits and liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs. 22.02.2024 Index : Yes/No Internet: Yes/No gvn 3/4
