2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (08.07.2019), there is no representation for the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was passed over. Even when the matter was called after 11.35 a.m, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

Since the matter pertains to the year 2011 and there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, this Court is of the view that there is no purpose in keeping the above original petitions pending. Accordingly, the above Original Petitions are dismissed for non-prosecution.
