O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to pass a final order in No.2569/A1/2016 dated 29.08.2016, 19.09.2016 and 19.10.2016 on the basis of an enquiry conducted on the petitioner's complaint dated 14.07.2016, within the time frame. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner has given a complaint under Circular No.67 dated 03.11.2011 of the Inspector General of Registration, as early as on 14.07.2016, the respondents 1 & 2 have not https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

disposed of the same yet.

3.Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, learned Special Government Pleader taking notice for the respondents 1 & 2 submitted that the respondents 1 & 2 may be directed to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 14.07.2016 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the respondents 1 & 2 to pass orders, after conducting an enquiry on the complaint made by the petitioner on 14.07.2016, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving opportunity of personal hearing to the 3rd respondent, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With these observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
