Prayer: This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue writ of certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the selection list selecting the respondents 2 to 5 published on 17.02.2011 by the 1st respondent and quash the same and consequently select and appoint the petitioner to the post of Assistant Professor Botany under the MBC category by disqualifying the respondents 6 and 7.
