panel prepared as on 01.01.2021 and consequently directing the respondents to promote the petitioner to the post of B.T.Assistant (Science) based on the panel prepared as on 01.01.2020 following year wise panel as per rules, by considering the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 22.02.2021, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the request of the petitioner for promotion was rejected by the 3rd respondent/ The District Educational Officer vide proceedings dated 21.05.2024. Therefore the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the said proceedings and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is dismissed with liberty. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
