The present Application has been filed to permit the applicant/plaintiff taking leave of this Hon'ble Court to sue the 1st respondent/1st defendant residing in the address mentioned in the above suit.

2. Considering the prayer sought for in the present application and also taking into account that part of the cause of action had arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court, this application in A.No.781 of 2025 in CS.DR.No.148923 of 2024 is ordered as prayed for.
