O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to conduct a survey and to make the necessary corrections in the revenue records and issue patta in favour of the petitioner.

2.During the pendency of the writ petition, it was reported that the application submitted by the petitioner has been taken on file and a date has been fixed for survey of the property. On such representation, the matter was adjourned and it is posted for hearing today.

3.The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents ciruclated the proceedings of the first respondent dated 08.09.2020, wherein the first respondent has stated that the survey has already been conducted and necessary recommendation has been made to the District Collector to carry out the correction in the revenue records. 4.This Court also had an opportunity to go through the entire proceedings circulated through email.

5.In view of the above development, the relief as claimed by the petitioner has already been granted and accordingly this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
