The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus to direct the respondent to consider the application of legal heir certificate submitted by the petitioner to the respondent dated 22.01.2020 and the consequential relief directing the respondent to issue legal heir certificate in favour of the petitioner.

This Court, at this stage, without expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, dispose of the writ petition, only by directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.01.2020 and after hearing all the necessary parties, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
