CMP.No.12969 of 2016 in CRP.PD.No.4721 of 2015 K.K.SASIDHARAN,J This petition is filed to set aside the order dated 18.02.2016 and restore the Civil Revision Petition No.4721 of 2015 to file.

2. The petitioner in his affidavit filed in support of the petition indicated the reasons for the absence of the counsel to argue the matter on 18.02.2016.

3. The Civil Revision Petition was dismissed for non-prosecution even before issuing notice to the respondent.

4. In view of the reasons given by the petitioner with regard to the failure on the part of his counsel to argue the matter on 18.02.2016, the order dated 18.02.2016 is set aside.

The Civil Revision Petition is restored to file.
