Order : This Writ Petition coming on for hearing on upon perusing the petition this day and the affidavit filed in support thereof to the writ made by the High Court, and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.Govi Ganesan, Advocate for the Petitioner, and of Mr.J.John Kingshlin, Advocate for the Respondent the court made the following order: Today, this matter was taken up, "for being mentioned' and Mr.P.Hari Prasad Arun, Senior Manager (Branch Manager), Indian Bank Kalambur Branch, is present before this court.

2. The Manager made a submission that the petitioner is allowed to operate his account freely and without any interruption. In this regard, the Branch Manager has given a letter to that effect.

3. In view of the letter of undertaking that the petitioner will be permitted to operate his account without any interruption, no further orders are required. If at all any difficulty arises for the petitioner for operating his account, he is at liberty to approach the bank for redressal of his grievances.
