ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) We are not inclined to entertain this Public Interest Litigation, which is apparently a private litigation. There are other proceedings filed by the private respondents, in which the petitioner itself seeks intervention. The fact remains that the orders in the present writ petition would amount to really nullifying the orders passed by the competent Courts in the proceedings already initiated by the private respondents. Not only that, the concerned authorities are stated to be in seizin of the matter.

2. The writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, M.P.Nos.1 and 2 of 2015 are closed.
