The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the third respondent to file charge sheet in Crime No.112 of 2021 on the file of Athiyaman Kottai Police Station, Dharmapuri District.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that investigation in Crime No.112 of 2021 for the offences under Section 294 (b) & 324 of IPC is going on and the respondent will be able to complete the enquiry and file the final report within a period of six months.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of with the direction to the Respondent police to complete the enquiry and file the final report within a period of six months from today.
