This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to deal with the appeal filed by the petitioner on 22.11.2023 challenging the order passed by the second respondent,

refusing to grant pattta in the name of the petitioner with respect to the subject property.

2. Heard Mr.S.P.Sudalaiyandi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.R.Gokulkrishnan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this court, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to deal with the appeal filed by the petitioner on 22.11.2023 on its own merits and in accordance with law and final orders shall be passed within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
